Returns & Exchanges

At Savore, we want you to feel fully confident in every purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


How to Return a Product

1. Request a return

  • Email us at info@savore.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos.

2. Return the item

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Ensure your parcel is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 30 days.
  • If you prefer an exchange, your replacement will be shipped promptly.

When Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  • We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
  • Incorrect size selection (please consult our Size Guide before ordering).
  • Products damaged after receipt by the customer.
  • Packages marked as delivered but not collected by the recipient.
  • Return requests made after 30 days from delivery.
  • Damages reported more than 24 hours after delivery.

  • Exchanges for Size or Color
  • You may exchange for a different size or color within 30 days.
  • Once we receive the original item, we will process and ship your exchange.


  • Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for safety.
  • If the return is due to a Savore error (e.g., wrong or faulty item), we will cover all shipping costs and send the replacement free of charge.

  • Important Notes on Sizes & Colors
  • Our Size Guide is carefully prepared — please consult it before purchasing.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings; this is not considered a valid reason for return.

  • Discounted or Sale Items
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Store credit equal to the purchase amount.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours: Your order may already be processing. In this case, you may return the product after receipt.
  • If you return a discounted item, you will receive a voucher equal to the purchase value, issued within 30 days.
  • During promotional periods, return shipping is not reimbursed. Additional promotional shipping fees are also non-refundable.
